Kunafa Abu Saleh is the story of a family that carried the craft of authentic kunafa across generations — from Palestine to Jordan, and now to Fujairah. We make kunafa fresh every day: real cheese and cream, warm syrup poured to order. The owner is known for his warmth — he replies personally to nearly every review and asks each guest how they liked it. «كنافة أبو صالح» حكاية عائلة ورثت صنعة الكنافة الأصلية جيلًا بعد جيل — من فلسطين إلى الأردن، ثم إلى الفجيرة. نحضّر الكنافة طازجة كل يوم: جبن وقشطة حقيقية، وشيرة تُسكب دافئة. وصاحب المحل معروفٌ بلُطفه — يردّ بنفسه على كل تعليق، ويسأل الزبون: كيف وجدتها؟
